Heaters are very useful during an outdoor cocktail reception, under a tent, or inside a barn. My two favorite vendors in the Boston area are Carpon and BABFAR. I find both easy to work with and very responsive. To generate a quote you will need to provide the dimensions of your space, and approximate guest count. Before signing the contract, make sure you have a sense of the cancellation policy. You should be able to get a full refund (with the exception of the city permit) up to a week before.
